Water/Sewer Rate Increase – Payment Hours
The Town offers several options for paying utility bills.
In person payments in cash, check, credit card or money order are processed at Town Hall Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. except on holidays.
Customers may mail their payment to Town of Stoneville PO Box 71, Stoneville NC 27048. Please do not mail cash.
There is an after-hours deposit slot to the right of the Drive-thru window at Town Hall where customers can drop off payments. Just lift the flap that says envelopes and insert payment through slot.
We accept credit/debit card payments by phone and in person. There is a 3% charge for in person transactions and a 4% charge for telephone transactions.
Customers may set up automatic bill pay through their banks where the bank will issue a check to cover the monthly charges. Please contact your bank to see if they offer this service.
Online Payments for Water Bills are available through the Town of Stoneville website.
