The Town of Stoneville is accepting proposals from qualified and licensed general contractors for the construction of new public restroom facilities at the downtown Pocket Park.

The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and project management necessary to complete the project. The proposed facility will include:
- Construction of men’s and women’s public restrooms
- ADA-compliant entrances, fixtures, and accessibility features
- Plumbing and electrical installation
- Concrete flooring and durable interior finishes
- Installation of restroom fixtures and accessories
- Family-friendly accommodations, including a diaper-changing station
- New exterior walls and a shed-style metal roof system
- Coordination of inspections and compliance with applicable codes and regulations
Proposal Requirements
Interested contractors must submit a complete proposal package that includes:
- Proposed project timeline
- Statement of relevant experience
- Licenses, certifications, and training documentation
- Required insurance documentation
- Detailed itemized cost estimate
- Project management approach
- References from at least three comparable projects
